Welcome to the Tune Up Workshop Forum! When I created this forum, I invisioned a series of basic tutorial threads that would assist someone wishing to work on their stock motor. As the site grows I was hoping that we would get posts that I could make "sticky" from members of our community.
I remember a lot of the misinformation, that I was presented when I first got into the hobby nearly 20 years ago. I feel this could be an invaluable service to new members to our hobby.
I encourage everyone with experience working on their cars to submit some posts on ignition timing, points adjustment, carburetor adjustments, changing spark plugs, etc.
You just may save a VW from the crusher!
