Well after a year off to get acclimated to the new job, I'm ready to recommit to the Dyno Session in the Desert!  That's right, The World's Largest Collection of VW Horsepower will be assembling in Las Vegas again this year!  Wahoo! Grin

February will be the month that I start calling all the sponsors back and hopefully regaining commitments to our event!  In the mean time, who do you want to see in this year's "Great 8?"  Madson's got to be one of them to defend his title as the World's Most Powerful Volkswagen.  Who would you like to see back?  What new faces should we invite?  So, let's hear your ideas!

Should we have the event on Thursday like we did in 07?  Should we move the event to Friday?  I need your feedback! Wink

Scott Faivre

P.S. For those of you newer members that did not get to see the event in 07, check this link for my article about the event.  You can also check this gallery, or this video.

Scott . . . We HAVE to get my engine going soon. I'm ordering the tranny next week. Heads and crank are in now. Waiting on the case. Let me know. I'm not going to miss it this year.

I'm open to ideas for places to hold the event.  I can't use the guys we used in 07 because they aren't there anymore... I also talked to Leading Edge Performance, and he can't accomodate us on a Friday due to parking and such.  If you've got a place in mind, let me know!

There was something rumored about a date change for the Dyno Session too...  Hmmm? Huh  Wink

Scott,

DynoTech is out at the speedway, have you contacted them? If not, the CSN north campus has a dyno, it gets used on a regular basis. might be worth a call.

Kenney

EDIT: Didn't pay attention. I guess DynoTech is geared more towards bikes.  Sad
