Very Nice!  And WELCOME TO GERMAN-PRIDE!!!  Cheesy

I always wanted to find a nice Ghia, but when I do, I'm usually armpit deep in a bug project.  When the bug is done, I usually find a good deal on another beetle before a ghia or bus in my price range shows up.  Roll Eyes

That's a great looking ghia!  Any plans for it?  Does it run and stop already?

Hey man thanks for the nice words.  Yeah she runs and stops, tho, I did just buy a whole new break  job for her to day, I found out I have a leaky wheel cyclender Sad and dad says I drive it to fast to not have good breaks, I agree lol.

My dad and I built the motor for her, it's a 1915cc with some goodies....CB magnum .044 Heads with a light port and polish,Engle 120 cam, counter weighted crank, mohly(sp) 94mm P and L's, Italian dual 44 IDF Webers with red line linkage, ratio rockers 1.25:1, mered header and stinger, bolt on empy vented valve covers, stock tranny...... but I think paint is the next thing for her 2 tone yellow body and white roof.

I just bought some new parts that I am waiting for.......

SERPENTINE BELT SYSTEM KIT

WEBER TECH BOOK

ALTERNATOR CONVERSION KIT

BILLET STYLE OIL DIPSTICK- Just for fun

ACCUFIRE ELECTRONIC IGNITION

I just got paid a lot of over time so I stocked up! lol.  I work at the hospital here in Lewis County, Washington (state) and we just had a HUGE flood so I put in 30+ hr's in two days and just got the check, it was sweet, I hate that we had a flood but my Ghia got some upgrades!

I love the site BTW looks real good man.  I might have to get me some stickers real soon.
