Leaking Oil in Las Vegas

Haha!

Well, you've seen my garage, so you know what kinda predicament I'm in. I need to replace the floor pans. Light shining through isn't that cool unless it's a sunroof/ragtop.

Most of the engine stuff is in my buddy's engine. He decided to build one with all the time and money and ample amount of second cars/transportation he has. More power to him. I didn't want this stuff rusting up and corroding in my garage. At least he payed full price for everything, so I didn't lose out on much.

We'll see how things go in the next couple of weeks. Hope for the best, but be prepared for the worst.

To quote a wise man "Excuses are like butts....  Everyone has one and they stink!"   It was actually worded a bit more harshly and it was my hockey coach!  Grin

Floor pan sections are $89 or so the last time I looked and it's a weekend project.  Let's get it done!  I have the tow bar and the welder ready in the garage.  Let's do it! Grin

Better yet, let's see if we can get my car over there under it's own power.

I know there's a ton of places that sell pan halves, but this is no show piece, so i'll order those up this week from where ever.

I'm going to try and get some of the EFI stuff done here pretty soon. At least get the fuel pump and fuel pressure regulator mounted, new feed line ran, run a new sub-harness in the back of the car for the MS and relay box, and maybe start planning the engine bay harness for the injectors and all the sensors. If I didn't still have half a tank of gas, i'd probably pull the tank, get it cleaned and sealed, and install the new fuel fitting.

If my car gets to running, i'll make a point of coming up and helping out as much as I can.
