Any Adobe Illustrator Experts?

I purchased Adobe Illustrator CS2 for our site.  Lot's of you have asked for T-shirts and other "schwag" (as some members had refered to it.)  I'm going to be doing the work myself, as I really haven't sold much in the way of advertising yet.  I'm pretty artistic & creative, but I don't know the software at all.  It's incredibly frustrating when you know what you want to do, but don't know how to make that happen with the software.

I found some great tutorials online, but I need a book to work with.  I'm looking at this one:


It's my understanding that it is a good "getting started" type book.  I'm not sure if there are any better?  What do you recommend?
